The core challenge was handling multiple concurrent users in real time without lag or dropped connections. Integrating Socket.IO with an AI backend meant every message had to be processed, sent to GROQ API, and returned — all within milliseconds. Balancing real-time performance with secure OAuth 2.0 authentication and scalable deployment required careful architecture decisions at every layer of the stack.

KyroBot launched as a fully production-deployed real-time AI system, handling concurrent users with consistent low-latency responses. Socket.IO integration maintained stable connections throughout, while OAuth 2.0 and JWT authentication ensured zero security incidents.
